This gif is a compilation of every. single. filter. on photoshop. Her's how you do it. First, get a potato and cut it out of its white backgr0und. Now, Ctrl J that potato and apply the first filter to that layer. Then, Ctrl J that layer and apply the second filter to it. Do this with all the filters unless they completely cover the screen and do not change any of the settings on any of the filters. After you have all the layers, about 82, open the animation window and put the corresponding layer on each frame.
First get a picture of a potato and of superman who is facing up. Use the pen tool to cut superman's head off. Drag the potato into the superman photo and place it where his head should be. Then, search for a extremely happy face and get one that you think would work as the face of a potato. Get that face, open it, and cut it out using the magnetic lasso. Drag it over and place it on the potato. Use the perspective tool to make it look like it is actually his face. Then, Ctrl J it like 600 times and Ctrl ' to open the grid. Open the animation window and make the first frame have nothing on it. Then, have the next frame have the first layer who has super man with his potato head on the first major grid line. Then, have the third frame have the second layer who is one more major grid line up. Etc. After, set them all to .1 seconds and save it for web and devices.
